Think about your best team ever. What made it special? Can you remember the first time you met your teammates? It might have been a practice field or locker room. It may have been in a work environment, gathered in a conference room or maybe at happy hour. In a military unit, it might have been during training or just before a mission. And if that team formed recently, you might have met on a Microsoft Teams or Zoom call.


What do you remember about that first meeting? How were you welcomed? How did you learn how the team worked, what made it special?


Now, think about your last connection with that team. Notice how it was different - and how it changed.
