Each of us wants to know where we come from, our place in history. We want to do something special and know that we are unique. We also want to belong and believe we are capable of success. The same is true of great teams.

We capture these five qualities in the TRIBE canvas, developed as a result of several studies conducted by our partners at the Centre for Team Excellence. They found that these qualities explained 89% of team success. And teams with a strong, clear sense of each quality - and who LIVED each quality day by day - outperformed those who did not by more than 53%.
